Castleblayney Community Enterprise, in partnership with the PEACEPLUS Project, is delighted to announce an exciting new programme to bring young people together through music and creativity.

As part of the “Fostering Integration in a Shared Community” initiative, we are inviting children aged 8 to 12 year old to participate in a series of six free Samba Drumming Workshops.

These fun and energetic drumming sessions will introduce participants to the vibrant rhythms of samba while encouraging teamwork, confidence building, creativity, and new friendships in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

The workshops are open to boys and girls and aim to create opportunities for children from different backgrounds to connect, learn, and enjoy a shared community experience through music.
