Frank Feighan, Minister of State with responsibility for Public Health, Well Being and National Drugs Strategy, on Tuesday 21st September officially launched Monaghan and Cavan’s first support service for under 18s who are concerned about their alcohol and other drug use. Cost of service to user is free. Young people under 18s need parental permission to use this service.
