Rules of the Competition:

1. Awards are confined to those young people who have reached between 13 and 21 years of age.
2. Permanent residence of the young person must be in the Cavan/Monaghan Garda area.
3. Awards are confined to individuals and groups of two or more young people.
4. Judges decision is final.
5. Any member of the public including Gardaí may nominate anyone whom they feel deserves an award.
6. Nominations may come from family members or relative.
7. Previous award winners are not eligible.
8. Forms must be signed by nominator/Co-nominator.

Application Form to be submitted by Wednesday 1^st January 2020 to:

Pat Merrick, Juvenile Liaison Officer, Garda Station, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan or
Edel Gilliland, Juvenile Liaison Officer, Garda Station, Cavan, Covan (Or your local Garda).
