The recent Moodwatchers seminar, “The Resilience Toolbox”, proved to be a great success at the Castleblayney Community Enterprise Centre on Tuesday, 24th February 2026.

Delivered by psychologist Shane Martin, the seminar explored the psychology of resilience and provided practical tools to help people strengthen their mental wellbeing in everyday life. Attendees engaged with powerful insights, real-life examples and simple strategies designed to build emotional resilience in challenging times.

With a full audience in attendance, the event created a warm and positive atmosphere. Shane has a great sense of humour, wonderful stories of people in County Monaghan and County Sligo and great craic throughout the seminar. The audience could really relate to all the topics and stories in their own lives and communities also a lot of laughter.
