Castleblayney Tae Kwon-Do

The popular self-defence classes, Castleblayney Tae Kwon-Do are back in the Scout Hall, Castleblayney on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Beginners, of all ages are welcome.

Tae Kwon-Do is a Korean Martial Art, combining combat and self-defence techniques with sport and also exercise.
