Fitness Programme for Over 40’s at Scout Hall Castleblayney

The 8 week fitness programme will start on Friday 25th January 6.30pm to 7.30pm in the Scout Hall, Castleblayney.

This programme focuses on ladies and gentlemen of all fitness levels and ages over 40.

Burn off those calories by:

  • Getting fit through a fun approach
  • Building on your current level of fitness
  • Using the principles of Tae Kwon-Do training
