Course Content: This Course is suitable for Managers and Supervisors working in food premises including catering, retail and manufacturing businesses. The course will provide participants with the right knowledge, skills and attitude on managing their food safety system as set out by food safety authority. If you're an employee of a food business and are not at Manager/ Supervisor level, then HACCP level 2 training course is more suited to your needs.
