EHOA 1 Day (Basic Food Safety & HACCP Awareness)
This is a 1-day training coursein Basic Food Hygiene, which covers an introduction to HACCP, and this course is certified by the EHOA (Environmental Health Officers Association). This course is ideal for anyone working with, serving or preparing food in terms of satisfying legal requirements to have completed food safety training. The course consists of a minimum of 8 hours training, followed by an optional assessment of 1 hour duration. On completion of the course and assessment, successful participants are awarded a certificate from the EHOA (Environmental Health Officers' Association). This Cert is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
Participants who do not successfully undertake the EHOA exam/assessment at the end of this course, may opt for a more basic exam/assesment and will therefore be awarded a certificate of attendance instead, which will also meet their basic requirement to have completed a food hygiene training course.
